Today I received my first Diva order: a David Ross 100% cotton cut velvet in a beautifully scaled damask pattern. The colors are champagne and vanilla, the champagne having just enough of a golden tint to work magnificently with a striped Italian silk in our dining room. Wow! Incredible fabric, and more than that a truly incredible price, as I purchased it in your Diva 90% sale. My partner, who could not quite equate the on-line photo with the actual product, is stunned at the quality and weight, and absolutely thrilled at the price! This velvet is intended for draperies of a rich and weighty nature and it does not disappoint. The soft sheen gives this incredible material a subtle richness which will travel easily from one application to another. My only disappointment? Not having funds for everything I want to purchase! All I can say is we will be avid customers for years to come, Diva! Extraordinary!

I've just placed my first order with you Diva, and after reading the many testimonials, and your responses, I find myself waiting with baited breath for the fabric! I confess I'm a very picky Divo myself and am rarely impressed with on-line shopping. The adage "you get what you pay for" has always proved true; so having an expectation that I've found a source for first quality extraordinary fabrics at less than retail is, well, genuinely thrilling! Can it be true? Frankly, I know fabrics. I know the design houses and I know what is and isn't available to the public without a designer's access. I'm dumbfounded, inspired, exhilarated and tingling with an anticipation I probably haven't felt since I was a child and knew Christmas was coming... or at least since Scalamandre closed it's old New York location and liquidated fabrics on-line! Diva, I have every expectation that the fabric caliber and service quality amply praised here is true. (Your publicly addressing delivery delays and other customer concerns in this forum speaks highly of you; every company faces an error from time to time the question is how an customer issue is put right.) I have only one suggestion. It would be tremendously helpful to know a fabric pattern's 'repeat' for yardage purposes. I know you provide a ruled measurement for most fabrics, but it seems it is only placed along the fabric's horizontal end and not along the vertical length: the area of measurement where it is most needed. As far as my 'wishes' go, I'd love to see more silk taffeta's available, i.e. stripes and solids. This weave has a stiffness of hand and sparkle which I especially love for draperies and bedding. And returning to Silk Trading Company after delving through your generally far superior selection, quality and PRICING is difficult! Again, I'm expecting to be thrilled with my coming purchase! Just how do they do this? THE most beautiful fabrics at THE MOST incredible prices...AND the BEST customer service anywhere!!! It's so amazing-I want to quit my real job and help my girlfriends DIVA-ize their homes one by one. But I'm still too busy re-doing mine! If you haven't compared gorgeous fabrics side by side with your every day fabrics, you haven't experienced the beauty of these masterpieces. They have something for every budget and everyone - even those of us with kids AND dogs!! Carry On Divas! You're the BEST :-))

I spent hours searching fabric sites yesterday and Design Diva Fabrics wins for the best site- hands down. Your multiple images are helpful, but the feature that sets you apart is the "estimate the pattern size." The use of quarters on the image just don't cut it, so to speak.

hi customer service is great but information about material is not true i bought fabricut chenille stripe it says 89% cotton and 11% rayon which is not true it has a very highcontent of polyester plus you have the same material but a different color once under the name of fabricut and the other under the name of bergamo .plus when a material is railroaded you should have at least one photo with the stripe going transverse cause some might dont take notice of the word railroaded which happened to me .thank god it is for pillows.

You are right on all counts. I have fixed the content discrepency. Also, thank you for pointing out to me that the red colorway was incorrectly identified as Bergamo. I have fixed that and you can see it here. As for the RailRoading issue, we are going to see if we can make it more apparent so noone overlooks it from now on.

Honestly, this is the BEST company for fabric on the Net AND the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The fabrics are simply DIVA-INE and as DIVA-scrumptous as described. to top it off they are even better in person. most recent purchase was Scalamandre tiger chenille and its too cool for words!

I love your fabrics and your service...however, I ordered 31 yards of what was supposed to be FLAX-colored linen, and it was a dark gold! So disappointed. I live in Mexico, so getting things here is hard enough work, but sending them back nearly impossible. I trust it will be my only negative experience, though...

I also stumbled upon the DesignDivaFabrics website...and your fabrics are luscious. Love receiving all of your sale notices and will be one of your best customers forever. Your velvet fabrics are just gorgeous!!!! The best--you cannot find anything like this at Jo-Ann Fabrics.
